Assignment: Talking-head style explainer video for Search Engine Land, a Semrush brand.
At Search Engine Land, I was tasked with creating talking-head style explainer videos for their website. This involved selecting an article from their blog, adapting it into a video script, filming, color grading, video editing, audio mixing, as well as screen recording any necessary assets, implementing motion graphics as needed and designing a YouTube thumbnail.
Assignment: Black Friday promotional video for WPForms, a WordPress contact form plugin.
At WPForms, I worked as the brand’s video content creator and social media coordinator. I was tasked with creating a video promo for our annual Black Friday sale. This video was shared on YouTube, all of our social accounts and included in our Black Friday e-mail marketing campaign.
Assignment: Stop motion style animated announcement video for WPForms addon.
For the release of our highly requested Calculations addon, I created an animated, paper-cutout, stop motion announcement video, followed by a voice over demo of the new feature.
This project came with zero creative constraints, so I ran with the brand's off-beat, conversational personality, cartoon bear mascot included.
Assignment: Create step by step how-to tutorial for our most frequently asked question.
Email deliverability issues was the # 1 issue that would be seen in the support team inbox. To help quickly resolve this repeated inquiry, I created a very detailed step by step tutorial showing users exactly how to set up this plugin specifically with Gmail.
An older video but by far the most viewed video on the channel with over 430,000 views & 2,500 likes.
